When I couldn’t access Samuel Chong‘s oft amusing blog, at first I thought I had a link-from-my-site problem.
But going to the PKA blog (which just passed 5000 hits btw!), I found that I can’t get to Samuel’s blog from there either. After some investigation, I found out why:
