To add to what Scott said earlier, this claim is ridiculous on a biological level. Gametic cells – that is, sperm and egg cells – are haploid cells. They contain 23 chromosomes each, half of YOUR DNA. Therefore, since it is YOUR DNA you can do whatever you want with it (having a menstrual cycle if you’re female or bluntly, jacking off if you’re a dude). But when an egg and sperm come together, the DNA of both haploid cells combine to form a diploid cell that now has 46 chromosomes, the same number as you will find in any living adult’s DNA; and what’s more, it is a COMPLETELY NEW and INDEPENDENT set of DNA – no longer YOUR DNA. This also happens to disprove the pro-choice argument “My body, my choice”. If it’s not your DNA, it isn’t your body.
