I don’t know why I bother wasting my finger muscles on morons like you, but get this. SNOWFALL IS PRECIPITATION. All the locales with record snowfall you list as “proof” of the global warming hoax have average temperatures WELL BELOW FREEZING in winter. Even if they had several degree above normal temperatures, they would still be BELOW FREEZING. And in case you are too stooopid to realize this, the freezing point is 32F, where water undergoes a phase transition from liquid to solid and FREEZES. So all it takes is an increased moisture content in the weather systems aimed at these places to create higher snowfall, DESPITE average to above average temperatures. What could cause higher moisture contents in air? In case you haven’t realized this, the entire southern half of the US has had well above average temps this winter. Global warming results in long range CLIMATE ANOMALIES such as those that create abnormal wetness or abnormal drought. WORLDWIDE average temperature is increasing, idiot. Here in Wisconsin we had tornadoes in JANUARY, in addition to record snowfall. Last week it was in the SEVENTIES in DC. You conveniently ignore whatever doesn’t suit your irrational hyperconsuming-lifestyle-maintaining neurosis and spew what you mistakenly think proves your point. People like you should be gassed en masse.

So when the IPCC, Al Gore, mainstream media and various global warmign hysteria groups quote heat waves or dyas that are 0.2 degrees hotter as proof of global warming, they are being professionals…
But when I quote record cold and snowfall over prolonged periods of time, including the fact that Antarctic ice is at a record high while Arctic ice has not even had any net melt (which precludes any of the sea level rise the hysterians warn of) as a response to their claims of global warming… I am a moron?

You’re arguing that there’s more snowfall because of more evaporation due to warmer weather… But isn’t this idea vehemently rejected by global warming doomsayers who warn of future mass droughts and Kilimanjaro’s snow disappearing from global warming – not local lack of rising moisture from incresingly cut-down forests?

There is actually very little data about the changes in the mass of the Antarctic ice sheets, and the conclusion of some growth in the East Antarctic ice sheet is so little that with the uncertainty, it might even be shrinking. This is not a surprising phenomenon as such an increase would be the result of increasing percipitation and this is fully consistent with a warming world as the antarctic is a desert and warmer climates tend towards more percipitation. And even if you warmed 10 oC from -50 oC, you would still be accumulating snow, not melting in the rain.
There is some widespread glacial melting on the Antarctic peninsula and ice shelves are breaking up, but it does indeed appear that the mass balance on ice at the south pole may be positive but negligible. This does not, however contradict the theory of Global Warming in any way whatsoever.
While on the subject of ice sheets, Greenland is also growing ice in the center for the same reasons described above, but it is melting on the exterior regions, on the whole losing approximately 200 km^3 of ice annually, doubled now from a decade ago. This is a huge amount compared to what the changes may be in the Antarctice, around three orders of magnitude larger. So any potenial gain in total volume of ice on the planet due to the West Antarctic Ice Sheet is wiped out many many times over by Greenland’s ice sheet.

Okay, so now show us the evidence that:
1) Increase in CO2 levels causes increase in temperature, not vice versa,
2) This effect and temperature increase is not negligible,
3) Manmade CO2 is the main part of world CO2 emissions,
4) CO2 emissions accoutn for more temperature rise than cloud cover, solar activity, methane levels, water vapour levels or any other reasons,
5) Rising temperatures will be detrimental rather than benificial, and
6) The methods proposed by the IPCC to reduce CO2 levels will bring more benefit than harm.
You do that, and I’m an ex-skeptic today.

in the past the earth was warmer then it is now.
the earth shifts periodically on its axis 1 degree
the last time this happened it shifted away from the sun lowering the temperature.
THIS CAUSED THE GREAT SAHARA DESESRT TO BE FORMED
before it was a lush forest with great rivers and lakes
people enjoyed this region for a long time until it got colder
and the rain disappeared
from that time all the way to today it has been a terrible place to be.

The CNN Meteorologist saying that the Man-Made Climate Change theory is “arrogant” is a great advancement in the cause of educating the masses with the truth. Hopefully more of the MSM will start speaking out. The word is spreading, tell all your friends and family, and tell them to do the same.

Carbon-dioxide doesn’t cause warming, sun activity does, warming causes CO2 levels to rise.
