Yes indeedy folks, of all the countless imaginary crises that global warming is said to cause, endlessly expanding goo that absorbs and dissolves anything is surely the most immediately threatening scientific fairytale! Not even global warming zombies can compete, when amoebas can eat the dead.
So beware, global warming holocaust deniers… Your sins against Mother Gaia will soon bring about the end of the world through… The Blob.
(And I don’t mean Al ‘prosperous belly’ Gore. Though his massive appetite for resources and insatiable greed are more than a match for a giant space amoeba.)
PS. Luckily then that there hasn’t been any net Arctic ice melting in the past year . Or great will be The Gorb’s wrath.
