It seems to be OK for Israel to bomb schools and hospitals and safe centres where THEY know perfectly well there are children but that is OK…cause palestinian children are just garbage to be destroyed. – Frances Greenfield

The problem is that Hamas knows that there are children there too… And intentionally sets up fire bases and weapons caches there.

Did you know that Israeli weapons NEVER kill children in UN schools that Hamas hide in? It’s actually the Hamas ammo stockpiles that explode and kill Palestinian children. (sarcasm, but illustrates my point that Hamas = hypocritical b*stards)

The Robert Land Academy is located in the Niagara Peninsula south of Toronto. The headmaster of the school was an officer in the Royal Canadian Army, Colonel Scott Bowman. “He was a Canadian intelligence officer who had done a yearlong stint in Israel, working with an international peacekeeping delegation around the time of the Yom Kippur War in the 1970′s. During classes Colonel Bowman would talk about the Israeli Military. He told us that the Israelis were-bar-none-the most elite, cutting-edge military in the world.” Aaron became mesmerized by Colonel Bowman espousing over and over that the Israelis were the toughest, smartest, soldiers, and it was the greatest privilege of his military life to work with them. He admired their capabilities as soldiers, their values, and the totality of the commitment to self-defense that the State Of Israel represented.” Every waking hour Aaron spent in the library reading and studying everything available on the Israeli Military. When he was eighteen-years-old he decided to enlist in the Israeli Army, and when he went to Israel he set even higher goals. He wanted to be in the Israeli Special Forces, and he proceeds to lead the reader through the grueling, mind and body numbing training, that he had to “survive” in order to fulfill his dream. The unit he is selected for is the one that sends operatives disguised as Arabs into the Palestinian-controlled West Bank. The reader is “the-fly-on-the-wall” (up to the point of being limited by classified information) as Aaron and his team take down the number three guy in Hamas, a money guy, a fund raiser, with Aaron undercover as a reporter interviewing the target. On another occasion the reader is taken along as they go after “the father of the Holy War”, the Hamas mastermind behind the Dizengoff Mall bombing that killed innocent Israeli civilians. Throughout this fast-paced story Aaron points out the differences between Israel’s counter-terrorism strategies as compared to the United States. One of the great quotes referred to throughout the book is from a defining speech by one of the greatest military hero’s in Israel’s history *MOSHE DAYAN* who said back in 1955:

On reviewing the video footage in question, which you claimed “Hamas deliberately using children as human shields, grabbing them forcefully and dragging them along”, it looked more to me like the militants grabbing the kids to safety, instead of forcing them to be human shields. Notice the second militant grabbed the child, who appeared to be in the middle of a street, to a group of teenagers taking cover behind an ambulance.

Is Hamas guilty of firing rockets into Israel near areas populated by civilians? Most likely. But this video does not conclusively show them forcing Gaza civilians to be human shields.

You said 'most'. What evidence do you submit to back up your argument that 'most' or even 'some' Palestinians voluntarily invite Israel to blow them up? I argue that 'most' of Gaza's Palestinians DO NOT voluntarily want to get killed protecting Hamas, and in fact, do not even want this Hamas-initiated war in the first place. As evidence, I submit the following:

Poll: 60 percent Gazans say Hamas wrong to end ceasefire Ramallah – Ma’an – Most Palestinians in the war-torn Gaza Strip think Hamas should have never ended the ceasefire with Israel, according to a recent survey. Near East Consulting surveyed Palestinian residents of the Gaza Strip in late December, where results found that a full 60 percent of Palestinians there believe Hamas made a mistake by not seeking to renew the ceasefire with Israel.

That conjectures a nearly two-thirds majority who DO NOT support Hamas' war, and thus would not voluntarily help Hamas at the risk of their own lives. Therefore, it is by definition impossible for 'most' Palestinians to voluntarily act as human shields for Hamas (in Gaza, where there is actually a conflict for humans to act as shields in).
