In the short term, the gun will make her the safest if it stops the rape from happening, and I believe she has a right to defend herself from anyone who is trying to rape her. But, I have to ask, under sharia law, what will happen to her if she is accused of shooting an “innocent” man, as sharia seems to enforce the idea the man is always “innocent” in rape cases? Would she even be able to claim self-defense in the shooting? If the man dies, will she automatically be charged with murder and then killed? If he lives, but is injured, will she still be charged with some other crime punishable by death? The laws HAVE to change to make rape a punishable act to the rapists, and thus an act the female can defend herself against without fear of being punished for defending herself!
Societies that allow the heinous crime of rape to go unpunished are SICK and WRONG!
