A source connected to Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency had told The Post that the Pakistani Taliban also had put out an audiotape taking “full responsibility” for the attempt–24 hours before it even occurred.
It’s very clever of Mossad to develop ties to Pakistani spies. Or consider this, from the New York Times’s report on Shahzad’s getting on an Emirates flight at JFK airport:
“An Emirates spokeswoman, who said she was not allowed to speak on the record, declined to comment on the claims by government officials that the airline had neglected to recheck the no-fly list.”
Emirates has a policy of not allowing its spokesmen to speak on the record? Its PR department must be a nest of Pakistani spies!
