The most insane, fast paced, amusing fun I’ve seen in a while.
Great timing on the jokes and plenty of video game nerd references too!
Via Dueling Analogs which always has the best stuff to share.

Mario and King Koopa compete for Princess Peach’s (exacting standards of) acceptance in parodic song!
Watch this mega laugh piece at this Youtube link!
Great music, fun lyrics, classic/stereotypical manga art, and altogether super lolworthy… Especially the when the ‘extra singer’ starts his part!
You can catch Yoshi’s sound effect, the Super Mario World highlands theme (also the last song played by the Video Game Pianist here), the Super Mario Bros. theme, and a bass-heavy version of the Starman theme.
Screen capture snippets of the song below… With much much spacing before screenshot of when the extra guy appears!

Who could the above possibly be?!! Wah ha ha ha ha!

Yes, I’ve finally watched 300. I missed it in the cinema, thinking that I could give a pure action flick a miss. I bought an official VCD as soon as it came out. Great and gory stuff.
What changed my mind? Well, I started coming across lots of references, tributes and parodies of 300 all over the Net. The following comic is what finally made me decide to watch the film.
Click the above pic for the rest of the comic. Notice the 300-film-style colour scheme, btw.
You may see also The Macedonian Phalanx for info about the defensive line the Spartans used and 30000 Hits! where I modified the movie poster to suit my needs ;>
