In this short 14-second video, poor widdle Uh-uh-uh-Bama can’t even say Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae right.

Priceless: You can clearly see Obama’s eyes looking off to the side as he is stunned frozen for several seconds, no doubt confused by the teleprompter glitch.

His reliance on prepared scripts written by other people is so bad, he even sets up his teleprompter in a rodeo ring to give a speech!

Seriously dudes… Dubya Bush was a Shakespearean poet compared to this guy!
