President-elect Obama stopped by the Marine Corps base in Hawaii Kaneche Bay where servicemen and -women were eating Christmas dinner in Kailua Thursday evening. As Obama entered the room, it was absent of the regular fanfare of cheering and clapping. The diners were polite, staying seated at their respective tables and waited for the president-elect to come to them to stand up.

Could it have anything to do with Obama’s defeatist rhetoric (seldom ever mentions victory), stating that even preventing genocide is not worth keeping troops in Iraq, criticizing Bush/Petraeus’ surge in Iraq before hypocritically taking credit for its success, not even visiting Iraq until late in the election campaign, blowing off wounded soldiers to go play basketball instead when he learnt the media wouldn’t be let in, saying the troops are just air raiding and killing villagers, wanting to quit Iraq but send troops in again IF Al Qaeda resurges, bowing to Russia on missile defense, congratulating the UN for peace in Iraq but not even mentioning the US Military men and women, chatting up Iran and getting belittled by Iran for it, saying we should try to understand the terrorists shortly after 9/11 happened………?
