Liberal Idea of Justice and Equality in Two Photos

Everything you need to know about liberals’ definition of ‘justice’ and ‘equality’ in two photos and two captions.

Exhibit A: A black man is brutally assaulted by a mob screaming racist slurs:

Kenneth Gladley

Exhibit B: Two empty reserved spots:

ACLU and NAACP absent chairs

It seems these two ‘champions’ of the little guy couldn’t be bothered. Hey, after all, he’s Conservative – he deserved what he got coming!

American Civil Liberties Union? In practise, more like ‘Anti Conservative Liberal Union‘. Many, many more examples on the record at Stop the ACLU.

National Association for the Advancement of Colored People? Sure, just remember that liberals define ‘coloured’ as ‘voting Democrat’. If you’re Black While Conservative, expect the vilest negrophobic racial slurs to be flung at you, even by other (liberal) blacks – and justified by them.

No Jesse Jackson preaching hellfire upon the hatemongers. No Al Sharpton screeching for justice, courtroom or otherwise.

The plain fact is: If you’re not a liberal yourself, don’t expect organizations that are led and filled by liberals to lift even a pinky to help you.

(After all, the parable of the Good Samaritan doesn’t come from their life philosophy.)

UPDATE: Well no wonder… The NAACP simply considers Kenneth an ‘uncle tom’.

Amends for Hiroshima: Congress To Bomb Two U.S. Cities

In a belated expression of remorse for the nuclear strikes on Hiroshima and Nagasaki sixty years ago, Congress has authorized the Army to launch apologetic nuclear strikes on two American cities. The selection of cities is not final, but they will most likely be Dallas and Houston in a nod to the Democratic desire to attack cities in a “red” state.

What about the Japanese amends to China/Manchuria for its Unit 731?
Death for its many victims were certainly not instantaneous, for most! And thr many numerous atrocities by the Imperial Japanese Army in Asia?

A $14 billion crow task force deployed by the federal government to monitor the bird reportedly attempted late Monday to approach the sinister-looking corvus corax specimen. However, the sudden snapping of a twig, coupled with the creaking of a nearby weather vane, sent a group of CIA, FBI, Interior Department, and Fermilab investigators running for cover.

“Argh! We’re cursed! The country is cursed!” said Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, taking cover behind a nearby lilac bush. “Shooing it away will only seal our doom!”

“You smug son of a bitch, why don’t you get off your high perch, fly over here, and fight me like a man!” screamed CIA director Leon Panetta, swinging his fists in the direction of the bird as a number of aides attempted to restrain him. “Let go of me! I have to get out of here. I can’t take the way it just sits there and stares at me. Like it sees into my very soul!”

Tardy though they are, we welcome MSNBC to finally joining every major conservative news outlet — including Fox News, The American Spectator, Human Events, National Review and Sweetness & Light — in discrediting the idea that President Obama wasn’t born in this country and, therefore, is ineligible to be president.

Now the big question: Was Joe Biden born on this planet?

Sex and the City‘s Kristin Davis Leaves Oxfam Over Israel

Actress Kristin Davis found herself caught in the middle of the Israel-Palestine conflict when her gigs as covergirl and humanitarian collided. Seems that Oxfam International did not approve of their celebrity do-gooder being the face of Ahava, the Israeli cosmetics company that has factories in the West Bank.

Since Oxfam is against “settlement trade,” Kristin had to pick: help end poverty and suffering or get paid. She chose option two, a move that even Israeli and Palestinians would agree ends poverty.

Unfortunately, the current occupant of the White House believes that the way to deal with terrorists is to shower them with love. I’m afraid that many of us may yet pay an expensive price for his naive worldview.

That’s one of the main reason why he’s such a real Monkee. Never fails to ape Neville Chamberlain with any given opportunity when dealing with unappeaseable enemies with a hostile ideology.

Nearly one-third of voters (32%) see Obama as a poor leader, down two points from July. The percentage of voters who give the president a poor rating on leadership is double the level it was the week after his inauguration.

“Hillary Clinton showed enough starch [Monday] to win respect from any woman,” writes Alice Fishburn of London’s Times. “Forced into dutiful wife mode by a seemingly sexist question, she firmly removed herself in ten little words: ‘My husband is not the Secretary of State. I am.’ ”

Fishburn is the only person cheering on Mrs. Clinton’s outburst, which doesn’t sound that bad when you read about it but looks bizarre when you watch the video. She gestures wildly and, pointing aggressively at the audience member who asked the question (a Congolese student), says snappishly, “I’m not going to be channeling my husband.”

CNN reports the question, which Mrs. Clinton heard as asking what “Mr. Clinton” thinks of something or other, apparently was mistranslated. The student, it seems, asked what Mr. Obama thinks.

You can see why this is a sensitive subject for the secretary. Many women have advanced in politics and other fields on their own, but she has not. She won her Senate seat on the strength of her association with her husband–which included acting as a partisan attack dog on his behalf when he was accused–accurately, as it turned out–of carrying on a sexual relationship with a woman half his age. Thus she owes her prominence not only to her husband, but to her very public sexual humiliation at his hands.

The Associated Press headlines a story on the Congo incident, “US Official Gropes to Explain Clinton’s Outburst.”

  15. getout Says:

Jammie Wearing Fool claims that Clinton did not (and probably does not) want to be Secretary of State:

A day after berating a questioner in the Congo, whispers now say she never wanted any part of being Secretary of State under Barack Obama and appears increasingly annoyed at being relegated to the back pages while her notoriously philandering husband parties it up, most recently in Las Vegas.

That’s overstating the case. Clinton doesn’t want to be Secretary of State in this administration under this set of circumstances. Charles Krauthammer explains:

She lost it. It was not a real good moment. In part, I’m sure it was because she thought she was being treated as an appendage of her husband.

But I think part of it is also the venue. Here you have Richard Holbrooke running Afghanistan and Pakistan — the heart of our troubles in Asia. You have George Mitchell in the Middle East. You have envoys here and there, and she is the secretary of state, and she’s sitting in the Congo, in the Congo?

You’ve got Petraeus running Afghanistan. You’ve got Odierno running Iraq. She is totally marginalized, sitting in Kinshasa. I’m sure it is a great city — in fact, it’s not — but the Congo? Africa is very low on the scale of important interests of the United States.

She was supposed to be the president of the United States at this point. She was going to be queen of the world. Instead, Obama bestrides the world. He gives speeches in the great capitals, in Cairo — and she is in the Congo! You’d be upset, also.

How ironic, a post detailing supposed liberal racism against a conservative black man, is itself full of racist comments. If nothing else, neocons can always be counted on to be hypocritical, and show no shame when the evidence of such is even on the same page.

After all, it’s not always that it can be conclusively proven that an alleged racist critic of Obama is actually an Obama supporter trying to undermine his political opposites via underhanded dishonesty.

  25. Robert Says:

Let’s see. Though I am a registered Independent I tend to lean left so most of you would consider me a “Liberal”. I am an Atheist, card carrying member of the American Civil Liberties Union, appreciative of good wine and fine food though I stick to the basic varieties most of the time; the various USA dishes like hotdogs, hamburgers, porterhouse and sirloin steak, FRENCH fries or basically any form of potato. Love Italian, Spanish, Spanish Caribbean [my wife], Mexican, Tex-Mex, some French, some Slavic, some German, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese. Had the occasion to sample a middle eastern dish many years ago. It was odd, the smell was absolutely tantalizing but the food didn’t taste like the smell but it was good.
But I am not a sociology professor, sadly. Just rubbing it in. Veteran and gun owner who believes that the draft should be reinstated as well as moderate corporate punishment in school without the threat of lawsuit.
Raised Democrat, switched to Republican in the 80’s, voted for Nixon, Carter, Reagan, Clinton and Obama. Switched to Indy during the Gingrich years and his Breach of Contract with America; that’s when the Republicans started to become really nasty and only idiots who were just as nasty or nastier would remain republican. I think the Republican Party has been high jacked by right wing radicals to the point now that it may be beyond the point of no return. The funny thing about both is that they seen to believe they have a chance. Sorry fella’s, America sees right through you. That is why you were rejected in NOV 08.
Okay people? You have another token Liberal here. Let’er rip.

  26. Robert Says:

Correction “corporate” to “corporal” and ‘seen’ to ‘seem’. Did I mention I wear bifocals? Time for a new prescription.

  27. Ron Says:

Token Liberal? Robert, the fact that you’re a godless atheist automatically disqualifies you as a member of the human race. Thank Christ that at least seven US state constitutions (AR, MD, MS, NC, SC, TN, TX) had the foresight to keep you blasphemous heathens from corrupting young minds.

  28. Nasaei Ahmad Says:

Yes Ron, our friend Robert likely disqualified.. “of the human race”.!

Come on Ron..that was so extreme of you. I still consider Robert a human..he is not robot..but the one who is not sure enough of his roots maybe..

  29. Scott Thong Says:

Let’s see. Though I am a registered Independent I tend to lean left so most of you would consider me a “Liberal”. – Robert

Disagree on the draft, as the armed forces have enough of a pounding from Code Pinkos without involuntarily enlistment adding to it. The voluntary, professional basis helps make the US troops some of the best in the world. And contrary to what John Kerry might think, many are educated.

Agree on corporal punishment in schools.

IMHO there are lots of nasty and downright rude Democrats in office now. Reid and Alan ‘shock jock’ Grayson come to mind, as well as serial liar Pelosi. Heck, haven’t most of the recent cussing, pushing reporters around, belittling constituents, calling Tea Partiers racists and Joe ‘F!!!’ Biden on Youtube been from that side?

Disagree on Nov 08, the liberal-loved centrist RINO McCain was dead in the water until right wing reactionary backwater fundie Palin joined the ticket. Put it this way, liberal talk show hosts often opine that the GOP should ditch right wingers and become more centrist if they want to regain support. But since when have Matthews, Olbie and Behar been interested to see the GOP doing well?

    To quote Coulter:

Taking the advice of Democrats, Republicans ran “moderates” for president in 1944, 1948, 1976, 1992 and 1996. All lost. Republicans also ran a “moderate” for president in 1988, but that was unwittingly — both to us and, fortunately, to the voters. In other words, in the language of the market, the best tip on “moderate Republicans” is: SELL!

But now, apparently, we have to run the experiment again. This year, moderate Republicans have hit the jackpot. John McCain is the Platonic ideal of a “moderate Republican.”

And yes, it’s Coulter, but does that mean that everything she says is automatically nonsense? Even the National Enquirer breaks an accurate story once in a while (Edwards and Hunter).
