BP Oil Leak Conspiracy Theory

Given the Dems’ opposition to any drilling whatsoever (except by China off America’s shores and Mexico in the Gulf while American companies are moratoriumed), would it be cynical to wonder if the Obama Administrations horrendously incompetent and super slo-mo response to the oil leak is intentional?

The team assembled to investigate it is long on ideologues, short on technical expertise. Obama turned down help from 23 of 28 countries. He impedes those who are actually trying to stop the oil from spreading. Miles of oil boom go ignored in a warehouse.

Obama could do any number of things to smoothen the oil cleanup… But he’d rather play golf.

I wouldn’t be the first to ponder so:

This guy does really not want to be president. He doesn’t want to deal with America’s problems. He wants to make sure he gets his transformation done. So, we had an oil slick, added benefit… Now we can cancel offshore drilling. – Rush Limbaugh

Maybe they want to prolong this fiasco as long as possible in order to turn public sentiment against drilling for oil – thus benefiting their crony alternative energy plans? (Not that Big Oil aren’t their cronies too.)

News flash, it ain’t working – 64% of Texans and 54% of Americans still support offshore drilling. It’s like they think petroleum is vital to the energy supply or something…

So could Obama please take off the sneakers, drop that nine-iron, and start doing his job already? (Not that he wants to carry out any other of his purported responsibilities either.)

From Gateway Pundit, days 1 through 42:

What took you so long?

His cronies defend his 7th golf outing during the spill (39th of his Presidency) as something that ‘does us all good‘.

In related tactics, Obama probably spent all that money keeping his birth records hidden in order to keep baiting birthers, so that he has an easy-to-reach red herring/ad hominem defense to toss whenever valid criticisms of his performance as President surface.

(But we found it anyway.)

Sarah Palin would already be on the case if she were in charge. Yet another example of how Sarah Palin – or anyone else for that mattercouldn’t possibly be a worse President than the Teleprompter Messiah.

Awww Obarmy Damns dont care bout the oil spill even after 2 months, cos its not Bush`s Katrina where they were weeping copious tears 24hours a day.
The Walrus and the Damn Carpenters are eating the oysters away.

    “O Oysters,” said the Carpenter,
    “You’ve had a pleasant run!
Shall we be trotting home again?’
    But answer came there none–
And this was scarcely odd, because
    They’d eaten every one.

  2. Mad Bluebird Says:

I heard that some wackos were claiming they could stop the oil leak with MEDITATION which shows their NUTS. And a message to eco-waackos A BIRD THAT GETS OIL IN HIS FEATHERS IF HE SURVIVES CAN GET CLEANED AT A WILDLIFE CENTER A BIRD FLYING INTO A WIND TURBINE THAT THE ECO-FREALS WANT END UP DEAD

  3. Matthew S. Ball Says:

I agree that there are reasons for NOT wanting the leak to stop but I don’t think it’s to stop offshore drilling. Anyone remember when Al Gore let it slip that we need to get the earth’s population down to 2 billion people? I do. Gore, Mrs. Clinton, Obama and several others are on that same wavelength. Contaminating our already barely drinkable water is a sure fire way to increase the need for health care – if you want to call it “care.” We have a 2 trillion dollar a year health industry in the U.S. and Obama and ‘others’ want in. It’s all about money and there’s more money in health care than oil…they see the end of oil, an estimated end anyway and no end the supply of sickly unwell people.

Anyone see the report? Almost 300 U.S. streams were tested and it seems all fish now contain mercury. If there ever was a conspiracy to kill people, a gradual decline in their health over several decades would be the best solution to avoid revolt…
Then again, maybe there will be a revolt, hear about Obama’s new army? The Consequence Management Response Team, 80,000 strong, will be deployed this October

  4. mrobvious Says:

Awwww, too bad Louisianians and other citizens of the Gulf states! This oil slick crisis that threatens your livliehood is one whereby action not taken is the best response for me and my puppet masters who are building the New World Order. What a great opportunity this is to let the oil destroy the marshlands and other areas so that the government can one day claim ownership after you find that it is no longer prosperous to stay and make a living from this condemned area. You see, we have big plans for an international shipping mecca right where you shrimp nets lay. I said I believe in change and that’s what I’m trying to deliver. I have a firm belief in only acting on crisis that will promote Globalism. Some just do the work left alone, such as yours! But don’t forget, we won’t leave you helpless! We already have food, shelter, and health care for you. Sincerely yours, Barack Hussein Obama. 🙂

  5. Tony Butler Says:

A Very Convenient BP Oil Spill

As the American President castigates BP for allowing one of its rigs to be sabotaged, and yes I did say sabotaged; for to believe otherwise one would have to believe in the Tooth Fairy. BP, who contracted the work out, certainly has nothing to gain and has in fact lost $29 billion, cleaning up a mess that is not of their own making.

At a time when the anthroplogical global warming industry has been exposed as a UN contrived wealth re-distribution scam, financed by bankers and politicians intent of forcing, whether we want it or not, The New World Order upon us; BP could not be allowed to begin pumping inexpensive oil. Had they done so the American people would have demanded the rescinding of the ban on offshore drilling.

The Greens, the foot soldiers of the New World Order, have no intention of allowing America or Europe cheap energy, especially cheap renewable energy, which they claim, ‘would be like putting a machine gun into the hands of a baby.’

.. The closing of the BP well and Obama’s ban on further drilling drives yet another carefully contrived nail into the coffin of American Industry and the welfare of its people.
How very convenient for the Green Lobby, that at a time when America was about to take a stride away from reliance on Arab oil, and gain economic independence, not only was the BP oil rig sabotaged, but Obama immediately and illogically bans the drilling of more wells. How strange that George Soros, Obama’s backer, while ranting against fossil fuels and backing legislation to make coal too expensive to produce, and so forcing the share price plummeting, has been quietly snapping them up. Does he know something that we don’t?

Is it illogical to stop an ‘ecological disaster?’ Sorry, but an anthropogenic ecological disaster, even the largest oil spill ever known failed to make a lasting impact on Old Mother Nature. Within two years the sea had erased all traces of it. Yes, I concede that a comparatively small number of ocean life was killed, but nothing like the number that had been forecast. Birds can fly and fish and seals swim away from oil contaminated water.

America and Europe have allowed themselves to be enslaved by their politicians, to become their servants, instead of their masters. .

The Greens belong to the banks and are financed by them.

CO2 does not cause rising global temperatures, a fact established by the 650,000 year-old ice-cores, in a British High Court. (In his film, ‘An Inconvenient Truth’, the biggest load of unscientific crap ever to win a Nobel Peace Prize, Gore states that the ice-cores showed that rising CO2 levels result in identical rises in global temperatures. The Court found that the reverse was true, that Mr Gore had ‘inadvertently’ reversed the science. It was agreed by the makers of the film and the British Governments own scientists; the ice cores show that over the last 650,000 years, rises in CO2 levels lagged behind identical rises in global temperatures by 800 – 2,000 years.

Every green tax, emission tax, and carbon trading permits are an ongoing fraud unleashed upon the people of the world by a corrupt and dishonest UN, and our Governments compliance. They are getting money for fresh air and destabalising the Western economies, all in the name of ‘wealth re-distribution’. Check out the UN[‘s African Review for yourselves. See how they discussed imposing either a global Tobin tax, a tax on trade, or a tax on CO2 emissions using global warming scare stories.

It is no small coincidence that Tony Blair, the lying, double dealing weasel we endured as our Prime Minister, and now the President of the Fabian Society, an organisation that claims that external violent conflict is outdated, and that democracy is best overthrown by subversion from within, has become a senior adviser at Khosla Ventures.

Vinod Koshla jumped onto the Green bandwagon in 2004 and is currently believed to be investing over a million dollars in clean technology and information technology companies, none of which could exist without the continued onslaught on the use of fossil fuels, by junk science and bought and paid for politicians.

“I am increasingly and crucially aware of the fact that the answer to these twin challenges–climate change and energy security–lies in developing the technological solutions of the future,” Blair said.

What he didn’t say was, “These ‘technological solutions of the future,’ have no future unless the contrived and pointless ban on fossil fuels is enforced.”

  6. Greg D Says:

So, you really believe that liberals are both that motivated and that capable of pulling of something as complex as creating a deep sea oil spill? Maybe an enemy nation, but enviro-nuts, really? You realize that at that depth they’d need access to submarines don’t you?

Do you think that maybe years of lax regulation (you know, that stuff you hate) could have lead to this? No, it’s those hippy liberals. Jesus Christ, get a life people. Greed creates problems. I work in the oil industry which also leads me to understand how this could happen. When big money is involved, and bigger money can be made by cutting corners than corners will be cut.
Say, for example, I were to say that the Bush Administration had it’s hand in 9-11 Rush would say I was helping terrorists, wouldn’t he?

  7. nestor Says:

The whole world knows that Bush did 9-11. Now he done the BP oil spill to embarass the Mahdi Obama Baraqa.

  8. Awwww Says:

Did You Plug The Hole With A Blue Dress Yet, Daddy?

  9. Scott Thong Says:

Greg D, where do I claim that liberals, envirokooks or Obama caused the oil spill? I merely insinuate that it is in line with Obama’s anti energy independence views to stir up anti-drilling sentiment among the general populace.

However, that aside, I now have changed my hypothesis. I believe that Obama is simply inept, incompetent and irresponsible. The evidence that leads me to this conclusion is the fact that his image is taking a big hit with the month-plus oil leak still nowhere near being sealed – and his image is the most important thing to Obama.

But you’re right, greed certainly is involved… Apart from the greed of oil execs, the greed of anti-oil activists like Pelosi who is heavily invested in wind and the greed of Dems who received millions from BP and other big oil (Obama foremost).

  10. Old guy in Iowa Says:

What would Sen. McCain have done differently had he been elected? Just trying to find out what the other options were. Or was it a matter of a slow reponse? Thanks.

  11. Scott Thong Says:

Probably not go golfing several times. He would have gotten the ‘Bush treatment’ from the MSM, thus would be on his toes regarding any potential PR fiasco.

Bet you by day two the hounding from the media would have forced him to get a move on regardless of his personal inclinations.

  12. Scott Thong Says:

Oh, and not forgetting that VP Palin would be on the job:

  13. Kelly Martin Says:

I am shocked at the lack of the presence of the American flag. I didn’t notice until it was pointed out. Sad, Sad, Sad!!!

  14. rchauvin Says:

look at the difference in the picture of Pres. Kennedys’ press conferences and B. Obamas’ (besides the presence of the American flag), which by the way represents the people not the government. Kennedy enjoyed reacting to the questions of all of the press. He knew his stuff.

  15. piemur Says:

Here’s how the BP well started.
    Let’s go to the videotape

  16. piemur Says:

And here’s how to plug it

  17. baraqa Says:

Last week’s jobs report tanked the stock market; the president took weeks to assert control of the oil spill that threatens doom on the Gulf Coast–but at the White House the Gatsby-like parties roll on as if happy days were here again.

Just yesterday, President Obama held another fun-filled White House event, a picnic for Congress members, complete with hot dogs, cold beverages and a fire pit.

All told, during the last seven weeks of spewing oil and rampant unemployment, he has frolicked and danced through three major White House music parties.

Gibson allows that “the president looks elegant and cool in his tuxedo, dancing to Jay-Z or the aging ‘cute Beatle,’ ” by which he does not mean Ringo Starr. And we have to say that if forced to choose, we’d take glib Obama in his dinner jacket over dour Carter in his sweater.

Still, there’s got to be a happy medium here between Jimmy Carter and Nero. If the president is acting like an emperor, he surely has been encouraged to do so by the obeisance of media figures like Newsweek’s Evan Thomas, who a year ago, when his magazine was still in business, described Obama as “sort of God.”

Which raises an age-old question: Can God make a rock so big he can’t lift it, and when is he going to use it to plug the damn hole?

  18. redcoat Says:

Churchill`s statue hits Obama on the head.

  19. redcoat Says:

First he was going to make BP pay for the Gulf oil mess. Then he declared himself in charge. Now he’s trying to find out “whose ass to kick” and making clear he’d fire BP’s chief if only he could.

President Barack Obama is talking ever tougher as the Gulf oil spill crisis drags on, the public’s patience wears thin and the peril to his presidency increases. With pressure building on Obama to fix the crisis, the White House said he’ll be heading back to the scene, spending next Monday and Tuesday inspecting oil damage in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.

Obama’s salty comments broadcast on NBC’s “Today” show on Tuesday raised questions about his escalating anger and angst–are they real or calculated for political effect?

  20. Simon Thong Says:

Obama has so many suckers following him around, so why don’t they suck up all the spilt oil?

  21. wolrik Says:

Shhhhhh……..Remember Ramat Shlomo? Well, guess what happened on Tuesday:

The building plan for Ramat Shlomo in Jerusalem that raised Washington’s ire several months ago when U.S. Vice President Joe Biden was on a visit has been approved by the Jerusalem District Building and Planning Commission. The plan was held up until Tuesday at the request of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s office, which has now given a green light for the project. Residents of the area can now file complaints on the plan, and after the complaints are addressed, the plan will be given final approval and construction can move ahead.

There was silence from the US about it on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, Israeli ambassador to the United States Michael Oren was interviewed on the morning news magazine. He said that Americans were too busy with the Gulf oil spill to notice.

  22. Scott Thong Says:

    A comment I accidentally deleted:

It seems like there is finally some good news with the spill. The Houston Chronicle reports, U.S. ships were being outfitted earlier this month with four pairs of skimming booms airlifted from the Netherlands and should be deployed within days.” I hope this is a sign of things to come. For all those feeling pretty gloomy about this situation, I recommend a good laugh… Here’s a funny joke, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dd0svVWfFbo

  23. eeek&meek Says:

A majority of Americans rate Obama’s handling of the disaster the same or worse than Bush’s handling of hurricane Katrina. Some pundits are claiming it could be his “Waterloo.” After first trying to use the oil spill disaster for political purposes to push Cap and Trade, President Obama has decided to keep the oil spill off the front page. One part of his plan is to give the media something else to focus on. Thursday, President Obama tried to change the topic by kicking off his controversial immigration reform plan in a speech. Next, he needs to restrict coverage of the disaster. Obama’s democratic allies in the House blocked a trip by Republican lawmakers to see the damage caused by BP’s oil spill in person. Then, President Obama’s point man for the disaster, U.S. Coast Guard Admiral Thad Allen, has restricted media access to view the oil spill clean-up and damage.

  24. Ebenezer Says:

How do we know for sure that the video that we are being shown in the “news”……is real??…..and a comment about Greg D’s comment above….yes…terrorists do have access to submarines…..We have to find out who the real terrorists are….

  25. Scott Thong Says:

You have to do some investigation. It’s easy enough to scout around on the Net… Several times in the past, what was reported or shown on the news was exposed by bloggers and Netizens as being a skewed or redacted portion of the full story.

For example, MSNBC aired an image of a guy with an automatic rifle at a a Tea Party rally and claimed this was proof of dangerous, anti-Black racism directed against Obama. But it was revealed that the guy was actually Black as well! MSNBC cropped the original photo to try and fool viewers into believing its ‘violent racist Tea Parties’ line.

  26. Ebenezer Says:

Don’t believe anything you hear and only 1/2 of what you see.

  27. Joelle Schurkamp Says:

British Petroleum finally stoped the flow of oil into the Gulf of Mexico on Thursday — 85 days and up to 184 million gallons.Wow

  28. Royal Falbo Says:

It is a very genuine possibility that the planes that hit towers 1 and 2 were remote drones. If that sounds implausible to you, you need to study the unclassified Operation Northwoods PDF. It was unclassified under the Freedom of Information act in a heap of thousands of documents. Your authorities designed to hold phony funerals for counterfeit victims of a fake plane crash in the 60’s!

  29. Scott Thong Says:

Here’s a one cartoon summarization of what I think of that theory:

That’s a pretty large and tightly run conspiracy, keeping all those hundreds of family members quiet about their ‘not really dead’ relatives on the ‘not really crashed’ planes.

So while hundreds of birds were soaked with oil the wanks from GREENPEACE force BP stations in england to close Becuase GREENPEACE dont care one darn about those poor birds only about the bank accounts and fuel for their garbage scows and annoying zodiacs

  31. Sheena Gross Says:

Have you ever thought that political humor does exist every hour of every day? Especially in this times were the world is experiencing different kinds of crises, be it political, social, environmental, financial, and economical. Positively, people of today learn to lighten up and take each problem with a sense of humor. On the other hand, I have a question. Will you still take things lightly if political humor can be used to manipulate our lives through the conspiracy theory?
